Mr. Bickell, I do not know you but as a paralegal I deal with court clerks on a daily basis. I understand completely that what this woman, Taitz, has accused you of is not what you would do. She's chosen you as a scapegoat to keep her followers from finding out the truth about her court cases, namely that they're bogus and entirely without merit. Rule 8.1 of the Supreme Court Rules provides for the disbarment of any attorney (if that what you call her) for conduct unbecoming a member of the Court. Waging an internet smear campaign against a Court clerk and staff attorney qualifies, in my book, as conduct unbecoming a member of the bar. Be assured that I will report it to the proper authorities.
In the meantime, Mr. Bickell, please, please, please take advantage of the protection of the U.S. Marshals Judicial Security Detail.

Perhaps one day these online law schools will teach Supreme Court practice and procedure. In the meantime, we will have to tolerate the idiocy of "graduates" of such diploma mills, who know neither how to pick up and read a book about how an application proceeds through the Supreme Court nor how electronic docketing works. Danny, I am sorry you have to take the brunt of the attacks by these know-nothings. Keep up the good work and watch for that delivery of balloons and flowers from your supporters.

Thanks for handling a situation so professionally. The birthers have selected you to be the focal point of their own failures to make a case. Hint guys, you saying that the documentation that President Obama has provided is insufficient only makes it so in your own minds and does not entitle you or anyone to a fishing expedition. If he was born in Kenya, there'd be enough of a paper trail for you to, you know, have actual evidence, like immigration papers say. Also saying that Natural Born Citizen is your own pet definition is again all in your heads, although I am waited with baited breath about your plans to undo the damages of the great usurpers Chester A. Arthur and Charles Curtis. Anyways Mr. Bickell, remember that real patriots support the rule of law and due process and haven't, you know, already held the trial in their heads. We also understand that a website is not the same as the actual docket, so until we see actual evidence that the docket itself was tampered with, we will refrain from crazy conspiracy theories about why our frivolous lawsuits fail. We're all proud of you for doing your job.
